In apartment addresses, I will pay for water and sewage. In houses, then tenant will be responsible for the water/sewage bill. This is because in a house, there is only one tenant living in that entire building, and therefore all of the water consumed will be the choice of the tenant. The water and sewage bill must be paid for. In all houses, there will be a rain water collector for watering any grass on the outdoor space. This should save some money even if it isn’t considered as potable water.
