Telephone

Simply put, most people has only a cellular line, and I don’t know anyone that does not have a cellular phone. With that said, I will assume that the tenant will continue to use their cellular phone for voice communications. However, if the tenant wanted a home phone, they will not be able to use a POTS line. The addresses do not have RJ11 jacks, and Verizon will not activate any new customers. If a customer moves from a location that has a POTS line, they will not be able to move their POTS to the new address. With that said, any home phone line will have to be VOIP. There are many VOIP providers, and even more if there is a technically savvy person available to set up a SIP provider. Telephone is required. If the tenant needs to reach me immediately, then telephone is the quickest and most reliable option.
