The electricity provider is Duquesne Electric Company. The tenant will choose their own supplier. If they don’t choose a supplier, then their supplier will also be Duquesne Electric. Something that might be of some help is there will be solar panels on the roof. When electricity is the responsibility of the tenant, they will be given a portion of solar panels to generate some of their electricity. They however will still be responsible for paying for their electric bill.
