Bedroom

In units of 1 Bedroom or bigger, there will be at least 1 bedroom. The bedroom will be designed to meet the needs of the tenant, while also making the most of the space. Since most people just sleeps in the bedroom, the bedrooms will be smaller. This will maximize the living space, and keep the bedroom cozy. There will be a closet in the bedroom, and within that closet will be a safe. All bedrooms will have a safe in the closet. This safe will remain open, and allow you to setup your biometric fingerprint to be used to open the safe. The safe will allow for storing important or confidential documents. No matter what, realty will always have a key for the safe.

One wall will be for the location of the television. This wall will have 1 coaxial, and 5 RJ45 jacks for connecting items such as game systems, or smart TV adapters. The other walls will have 3 RJ45 jacks for what ever other role you will need for that space. For example, you might need an ATA for their telephone line at the same wall of the bed. If this is the case, it will be important to meet with the needs of the tenant.

It will be up to you to remove any confidential documents from the safe. Any documents still in the safe when you move out will be shredded, and properly disposed of. This will be made known to you before moving in, and it would also be your responsibility to provide for battery replacements for the safe. If you do not, you will have to contact maintenance, and this will be an extra house call which will charge you. The maintenance person will come with a key, and will unlock the safe in front of you.
