Every location will have an exclusive internet connection to the realty company for management of the lock system. Every unit will have an RFID lock system that will keep in regular contact with the realty company for updated information on the cards. If a card is no longer valid, it would need to be made known the locking system. No matter what, I as the owner will have complete access to the buildings that are owned.
In instances of houses, you would be required to have internet services. This is needed for the smart lock systems to work properly. There will be other roles, but for the sake of this page, the smart lock system will need an internet connection to communicate with the appropriate server, and database.
