This is a small building, and not much to look at. There is also only one entrance, so the first floor will have some considerations to make. The first floor will host an open lobby, but the visitor will be require to be buzzed in. No one should be letting strangers in. As with all units, there will be an intercom system that can be turned off for privacy. First floor will have space for an elevator, and mailboxes. The basement will have the laundry room, and there will be 2 upper floors each with a dedicated studio apartment.
The unit will include electricity and water/sewage. You will be responsible for Internet, telephone, and any premium television services. As mentioned, the laundry room will be located in the basement, and will be a system to where you would pay for laundry using the laundry card as noted. There are a number of various bus lines reaching to multiple zones of the city, and with that – you would likely have to take only one bus. to go where you would need to go. While not really close by, the post office, CVS, and a Target is all located within walking distance of the building.
