This location is currently an empty lot (2178sf) located in Mt. Washington. The property is serviced by a bus route, and less than a 10 minute walk away from the Mon Incline. The employee could take the Mon to Station Square, and board the 48: Arlington, or 51: Carrick to go to FSP Realty. The building will be 7 stories above ground, and 2 stories below ground. This is due to looking at the photo of the location which leads me to believe that there is enough space for 2 basements with Sub-floor two being accessible to the back of the building. Telephone, and premium television is not included, but electricity, internet, OTA television, and water will be included with the free rent. Obviously, it will be asked by the realty company to use the utilities in a responsible manner. In addition to the features provided, each unit will be able to have access to a 4 tuner Tablo TV DVR. For a family of 4, this means every one can have their own tuner, and record the OTA programs they wish to record. I am going to assume that the employee may want to record a program or two while at work, and. therefore be able to watch when they return home.
Basement 2 will be the lowest floor, and the ground floor for the rear of the property. This floor will host a 6 car private garage. This will allow each unit to have a single parking space. While the receptionist can have their own vehicle, they will have to make arrangements for parking at FSP Realty. Therefore, if they have an automobile, it might make sense that they continue to use public transit for getting too and from work.
Basement 1 will be the floor in between basement 2, and ground (1). This floor will host a laundry room with 5 double load washers, and 5 double load dryers. As with all of the other apartments, this one will also require that they remove clothing quickly so they can share with the other employees/tenants. In addition to the laundry room will be the utilities rooms. This will include spacing for water lines, communications lines, and electrical services.
Floor 1 will have a public foyer where visitors will select the unit number. As. noted in the intercom system, the selecting of the unit will ring a telephone number, and will show the intercom’s unified telephone number which will be displayed as the phone number across all intercom systems. Since there are 6 residences, there will be 6 buttons for the intercom.
Floors 2-7 will be 3B/2b apartments. As with all of the apartments, these will be designed with function, and a sense of premium design as standard. Since the building will be built from the ground up, then all of the lines will be able to run during construction. There will be a food waste disposal system with a double tub sink. The great room should be large enough to host a dining room table. The employee will choose which floor they will wish from the available floors. The cost is $1,000 per month, and automatically withdrawn from their first payment.
If the employee wishes to have cable TV, they should be able to choose from Verizon FiOS, or Xfinity Cable Internet. Satellite TV will not be an option. Even if they choose a cable package, they will still have access to use the Tablo TV. To make use of both, the employee will need a smart TV. The table will be plugged into the OTA-WAN, and the TV-LAN will plug into the appropriate Cable-WAN jack. All TVs in the apartment will use the cable TV provider, and would also be able to use the Tablo to connect to the TV through an app.
