I will be looking for cashiers during the renovation stage. The second floor will have the realty office. There will be space for 4 receptionists, and 2 offices. The 3rd and 4th floors will be my personal residence. The building will legally be the realty company’s, but the realty company will be mine, and I will not be issuing any stocks in the need to raise capital. If I can’t afford to buy the building, then I will not buy it. The rent from the tenants within this site will pay their rent, and I will collect from Section-8. This money will be used to fund the realty company including buying new properties to add to the inventory.
