This address will be a 2 bedroom house. With that in mind, the tenant will be responsible for all of the utilities, and to provide their own laundry capabilities. Since there is no gas line, the clothes dryer must be electric. There is a very small back yard space which will not do much as it would be a crowded fit for a family of 3-4.
As with all of the buildings, this one will be completely renovated to meet my standards of what I would want in a rental. This will include the networking capabilities, and the solar panels on the roof of the building. Since this is an entire house, there will be a couple of battery banks to provide electricity even in the case of an outage.
This location is across the street from a city park, and within walking distance of a convenience store – therefore reducing the need to take a bus to the grocery store. The house is in a quiet neighborhood making it ideal for a couple and a child or two. However, due to the size of the house, the office will be located in the basement. This will not be ideal for someone that has to telecommute, but they will reap all of the benefits of a home office.
