There will be a number of locations I will seek to acquire. I am taking the liberty of 2 locations which are both abandoned to assume they belong to the city, and they will be happy to sell the houses for a reasonable price, especially if there will be a tenant in the house. All other of the buildings I know are either for sale, or could be for sale. Because of how WordPress handles pages, there will be a letter after the number representing the first letter of the address. In example, my 4 Story Building will just be noted as 1737-e. This is for privacy reasons.
If the location are apartments, then each would assume that since I won’t be purchasing large buildings, that each apartment will be on its own floor. If that is the case, then it would make renovating the building much easier as everything can be designed in a modular way. The apartment units themselves will look like the other units in the building. If this should change, then this page will change.
