All windows will be one-way glass. People on the inside can look out, but people on the outside will just see a reflection of themselves when looking at the glass. The only exception will be the windows for the convenience store. This is intended for privacy. All windows will also be argon filled triple pane for temperature control. Since I am also responsible for temperature control, the unit will go a long way in providing for interior temperature control. The windows is just a part of that temperature control
