The address will use 2 systems for heating and cooling. For heating, this will be underfloor radiant heating. This will be intended to warm the body properly as heat will rise from the floor without being blown in. This radiant heating is proven to make a person feel warmer quicker, and with a lower temperature. This will save the tenant money on their heating costs. For cooling, there will be a forced air air conditioning system which will be placed out of sight, and out of mind.
To control the temperature, there will be a Nest Thermostat. This choice is for simplicity while still giving some control by the user. As with the heating system, the learning thermostat will predict your needs as you use it more. This will give you some control, and savings on the electricity bill.
