The communications closet will have to be adjusted if the tenant does not wish to use OTA antenna for TV. There will be a choice of TV for 2 cable providers, and one for the antenna. If the cable person chooses to come to the address, it will be in your best interest to show them to the communications closet to make sure the coaxial lines are routed properly to their service provider. Satellite TV is not available, even for a house rental.
