The sidewalk might not seem too important to devote a page to it, but it will warrant a paragraph or two for the purpose of modernizing the home. First, the address will be stamped on the sidewalk of the building. This is to allow someone to find the address as quickly as possible.
Even more importantly will be in-ground radiant heating. This system will draw from a constant 54°F (12°C) and use that to melt the snow and ice from the sidewalk within the property. This is intended to reduce the manual labor required to shovel snow from the sidewalk. Assuming that the ground gets heated to 54°F will allow the ground to remain clear from the snow without shoveling, nor salting. This makes life easier, and safer. Since there will be no ice, there will be no chance of slipping and falling. This could even go towards a step to lower insurance rates since the sidewalk will never have ice (unless the system fails).
