Some addresses will be required to pay their electric, but not all. For those that do will find the benefit of solar panels on the roof. A percentage of panels will go for the benefit of the tenant, and can reduce the electric bill they will have. Each address will have a battery bank. Electricity will draw into this bank, and the bank will provide electricity to the unit. This will allow the power to continue even in the event of a power outage. Also, the electricity will be conditioned to reduce surges and spikes. Any excess electricity that is needed will collect from the electrical grid.
All rooms will have wall sconces. These are intended to reduce the chance of falling from changing a ceiling light. The wall sconces will be much easier to change the bulb. The light switch will be a slider switch which the tenant can decide how much light is put out. For those that might be hearing impaired, lights turned on will flicker when the buzzer is rung.
There will be electrical outlets everywhere. Most of them will have 2 outlets, and 2 USB-C charging jacks. This will allow for a maximum flexibility for charging consumer electronics. In the kitchen, and bathroom/lavatories, all outlets will be GFCI outlets, and will not possess USB charging ports. There will be some locations where there will be more than one outlet. For example where the TV is, there will be 2 outlets which will allow for 4 items to plug into to reduce the need for a surge protector.
