VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) are toxic even though they are accepted. Air Renew Drywalls are intended to collect VOCs and trap them into the drywall trapping them. However, I will make every effort to not use VOCs at all. This will include paints and stains. In most cases, the furniture will be responsibility of the tenant, and if they contain VOCs, then hopefully the Air Renew Drywall will do its job.
