Realty Agent

The realty agent will be expected to show available units that are available from FSP Realty. This will be essential, and since some of the people that may wish to see a unit works 9AM-5PM, they may have to show a place on a Saturday at 7PM. Therefore, the agent will be required to have their own vehicle, and if possible – accommodate any would be tenant. Since all of the units have been completely renovated, showing the place will be simple, and straight forward. And since FSP Realty will target those in the Section-8 program, these units should fill up quickly. After that, the realty agent will act as an intermediary with the realty office.

In the employee support page, there will be the notes for a work computer. However, considering that the realty agent will need to print documents, a printer that goes with them will be required. In addition to the computer, the agent will receive an HP OfficeJet 250 printer/scanner. This is a portable printer designed for road remote workers. This will reduce the demand to carry multiple documents with them in the trunk of their automobile. They can place the printer on the front passenger seat, and print out the documents as needed. Keep in mind they will have a VPN connection to the office to assure that they will always have access to the resources as if they were in the office. A spare battery will also be provided so the agent can swap batteries quickly, and efficiently.

For telephone, the agent will have a smartphone and install a SIP client on their phone. The SIP client is required for incoming calls. The realty agent should not have to give out their personal telephone number. Calling the agent even after business hours will ring the phone. The agent will be recommended to find a client that will silence the ringer for when they are finished for the day. A caller can leave a voicemail in the agent’s private mailbox, but there will be no need to provide for a dedicated telephone number for the agent.
