The kitchen will be functional, but basic. Most kitchens will not be eat-in kitchens, instead promoting to use the great/living room. The kitchen will however have all that is needed. There will be a refrigerator, and at minimum a single tub sink. The stove will be electric since there will be no gas line installed in the building. Plumbing for the kitchen will favor to run through the interior walls – therefore reducing the chance of freezing pipes.
