The idea will be to make the spaces as efficient and effective as possible. It will be ideal to maximize the space offered by the building to make the most of the space. However, there will be rooms that would be divided to offer the spaces the tenant will need. This section will provide a description for every room – therefore reducing the repetitiveness that might otherwise happen. The only exception to this is any SROs, efficiency or studio apartments. These spaces are too small for every mentioned room.
