This is a 3BR/1bth/1lav house located in the Sheraden wit access to 2 routes for Pittsburgh Regional Transit. There is no garage which is not really good, but with 2 routes available, there should be a number of options made available to any family that would choose to rent here. Since this will be a whole house, the tenant will be required to pay all of the utilities. The basement will get finished during renovations, and will have an office in the basement – therefore making the basement suitable while still allowing for all of the rooms I feel a rental should have.
As with all locations, this house will accept Section-8, and allow for those with low income to have a quality location. With the house being less than $40,000 – there will be a lot of work to be done which is fine, as I would gut all buildings I will own. This one would have been no different.
