All addresses will have access to an OTA (Over The Air) antenna for local channels. They will simply need to plug their TV into the coaxial jack. This will be default. If the tenant wished to have cable television, then they will need to contact me so I can change the connection as this is something that has to be done in the communications closet. It is guaranteed that Xfinity will be able to serve the community you will live in, but hopefully Verizon will also be an option. One could also use IPTV services such as Sling, or Youtube TV. Television is not a required bill.
