In most places, Xfinity and Verizon will be choices for Internet services. Since most of the addresses don’t have dedicated outdoor, nor rooftop access, they will not be able to choose satellite internet. They can of course choose cellular internet, but this might be hard since all of the LAN infrastructure will go to the basement, and the cellular router will have to be located there for connection to the home network. With that in mind, it will be recommended that the tenant chooses Verizon or Xfinity. All addresses must have a source of internet. If I was to send documents to a tenant, this will be done by email. For example, Pennsylvania has a rent rebate program for certain demographics. I will email the rent certificate to them. With that said, they will need the internet to acquire the document.
