Utilities will include electricity, internet, telephone, television, and water and sewage. There will be no gas line as the gas line will be capped at the source. Gas is dangerous, and a finite resource. As natural gas gets more rare, it will become more expensive, and may even be hard on the budget of the tenant. With that said, gas will not be an option for a tenant to pay for. Gas is used for cooking, heating, and hot water – all of which can be done with electricity.
