Available to some degree with every unit will be a bathroom. For apartments, this will be a ¾ bathroom (toilet, sink, shower stall). In any houses, this will be full bathroom which will also include a tub. The bathroom is designed to optimize space, and therefore not really comfortable for multiple people. One could be in the shower, and someone could use the toilet, but there will be no sense of privacy for either party. The bathroom will be intended to serve the needs that one would expect the bathroom to serve.
As obvious as this might seem, all outlets will be GFI outlets, and there will be no coaxial nor RJ45 jacks. The floor will be underfloor radiant heating, and there will be an exhaust fan to expel any moisture or odor.
